postings: Notes REgarding classes:

Each year our staff takes well deserved vacation time. The studio reopens for a fantastic Fall & Winter schedule beginning Mondays September 8th with Cool Evening Yin, followed by the launch of our FULL FALL SCHEDULE on Saturday September 20th with Joy’s Rebalancing class at 10 am.

SATURDAYS Rebalancing focus: ‘Ignite the Core’ These classes wake up & strengthens the deep core, stabilizing the SPINE

SUNDAYS Rebalancing focus: ‘Hamstrings & Hips’ Designed for athletes, and anyone with tight Hamstrings! Tremendous gains are made when we target these muscles. With regular practice….even just once a week, we shift the ‘resting length’ of the hams, creating ideal mobility in the hips.
