SATURDAY focus: Rebalancing class: ‘Hamstrings & Hips’ Designed for athletes, and everyone with tight Hamstrings. Tremendous gains are made when we target these muscles. With regular practice…even once a week, we shift the ‘resting length’ of muscle, creating ideal mobility in the hips.

SUNDAY focus: Rebalancing class: ‘Ignite the Core’ These classes wake up & strengthens the deep core, stabilizing the SPINE
